A superb complete adult internal mould developed on both sides and showing many sutures including the last. The body chamber occupies 1/2 a whorl and shows the classic feature of maturity: uncoiling of the umbilical seam, approximation and degeneration of the last few sutures, a terminal constriction and inwards curvature of the periphery. The fine ribbing on the phragmocone ceases abruptly at the start of the almost smooth body chamber (a characteristic feature of adult macroconchs). From Guilford Colliery Shaft, Kent.
