A large complete adult internal mould preserved on both sides showing the sutures in exceptional relief and detail. The faintly-ribbed body chamber occupies 1/2 whorl, shows strong uncoiling of the umbilical seam and has a complete peristome on one side. it is the largest member of the series, and is typical of the commonest forms found at this level, but it is impossible to separate from a range of less common variants grading continuously into strongly-ribbed and highly inflated forms usually cally Goliathiceras.
