A large, wholly septate internal mould showing sutures well and relief on both sides. An adnate fauna of serpulids and a small oyster indicate that the test was lost before burial. Three whorls are visible and are about 2/3 complete. The whorl shape changes from rounded- elliptical to high and compressed and the ribbing is fine on the inner whorls, gradually increasing in strength. From Whatley, Somerset.
